"The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night."

Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. Bear in mind that the door opens onto your position and the hotel is all open plan onto the road. So it was a bit weird opening your patio door open whilst others pass by your room! Just returned from a week at the resort. We stay half board in bungalow close to the hotel reception. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied daily. The grounds of the resort are immaculately kept and all staff that we met were friendly and helpful. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

We had a fantastic time at the Royal Suites Hotel from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were faultless from arrival at reception, through to the catering team, cleaners (restaurant and room) and especially the Animation entertainment team who genuinely made our stay. The room was fine, nothing fancy but was all we needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and nice-sized balcony.
