this stunning very modern 2 bedroom Apartment situated in a small private block of 12 apartments in the heart of this famous old town. Benefiting from full de lux Air Conditioning in all rooms. Only 50 yards from the largest leisure marina in the Mediterranean, and 200 yards from the towns sandy beach. This recently built 3rd floor Apartment has video entry and a lift takes you direct to your entrance door. Furnished with state of the art equipment and furniture including a Sony 55 Inch smart TV, surround sound home cinima, DVD. free Internet Wi Fi broadband, own computer required. The two bedrooms at the rear are quiet and look out on an illuminated Provencal garden & ornamental fountain (NO ACCESS ) The open plan living area includes an American style cuisine, equipped with state of the art appliances, including fitted coffee machine dual temperature wine cave, and electrical ceramic char grill. Adjacent is a large oak dinning table with seating for 4 and alongside a huge comfortable leather sofa and separate chair. Large sliding glass doors open onto a sunny south facing terrace fully equipped and illuminated for dinning outdoors.
Antibes is is a cosmopolitan town, bustling all year round. Being located at the heart of the old port the cafes, shops, restaurants and bars are all within a short stroll. Antibes is at the centre of the Riviera and makes a perfect base for exploring this famous region. For those using a car secure underground parking is provided free. The coast road to the west will take you to the beautiful Cap D Antibes Juan Les Pins, Cannes & on to St Maxim / St Tropez. To the East Nice, St Jean Cap Ferrat and Monte-Carlo. The A8 Auto-route is only ten Kilometres allowing fast access into Italy and beyond. Our preference is to use the Trains, these are largely economical, clean, reliable & take you to the centre of Cannes or Nice in just 15 minutes even Monte-Carlo and the Italian border is only 45 minutes away, so easy just to visit for lunch and return to Antibes for the late afternoon sun

Comfortable property in a good area to reach the railway station, old town and beach. It was useful to have secure parking, though we did not use the car all holiday. Juan les Pins is walkable and train services are good.

Very generous space and comfortable modern furniture. The patio with chairs and table is an oasis with Southern exposure. Very comfortable beds, bedding and reading lights. All amenities first class. Richard and Gail are extremely nice, helpful and available.

Great property well located at the centre of Antibes. Everywhere was just round the corner. Well appointed apartment with all mod cons. Bit noisy with building work nearby though sometimes but it didn't spoil things. Overall worth every penny. Good holiday.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Antibes. Lägenheten var rymlig med närhet till allt. Ett husbygge rakt över gatan skrämde oss lite vid ankomsten men det störde inte nämnvärt. Totalt sett en utmärkt vistelse.

L appartement est dans une résidence très propre et calme en dehors du bruit extérieur que l on perçoit que sur la terrasse. Il est situé en centre donc tout est accessible à pied : se déplacer en train avec le pass hebdomadaire zou donc pas de voiture à prendre pour visiter la cote, aller à la plage, faire du shopping, faire les courses et aller au marché, se balader dans la ville, boire un verre. Sejour très agréable avec deux ados. De plus, Antibes est une ville agréable.

Appartement spacieux et confortable avec climatisation et belle salle de bain. Néanmoins, le prix que nous avons payé est un peu élevé au vu de la literie qui est un peu sur sa fin de vie, certains électroménagers de le cuisine ne fonctionnent oas: machine à café, extracteur de fumée (impensable dans une cuisine americaine). L appartement n avais pas été récemment nettoyé ou nettoyé en surface. Les sols étaient collants, La poussière était présente sous les pieds de tables et meubles. Une odeur d 'humidité aussi dans le couloir qui mène au chambre mais qui a disparu lorsque nous avons aéré puis mis la clim. Bref, les photos sont un peu aguicheuse et nous avons été un peu déçu. L.appartement est très bien situé, près du vieux Antibes et du Port. Restaurants a 5 minutes . A l'arrivee un sejour moins plaisant que ce a quoi nous nous attendions, mais bien quand meme.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen 2 Wochen im Juli in Antibes. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß, der Balkon ist ein bisschen klein und man hat den Straßenlärm von morgens bis abends. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen Fahrstuhl mit Code, die Tiefgarage haben wir nicht genutzt. Von der Wohnung erreicht man den Bahnhof und Busbahnhof in kürzester Zeit. Alle technischen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne nochmal buchen.

Appartement ligt aan een zeer drukke straat. Onkomfortabele terrasstoelen. Uitsluitend engelse zenders op t.v.toestel. Slechts een badlaken en gezichtshanddoek p.p. en een theedoek in de keuken! Geen code ontvangen van de eigenaar voor de lift, dus bagage naar de 3e verdieping slepen vanuit de ondergrondse parkeergarage . Lift zou kapot zijn volgens eigenaar? Na 4 dagen bij toeval van medebewoner de code gekregen, en toen pas de lift kunnen gebruiken!! Toiletbril zat los, erg onkomfortabel.

Det tar ca 10 min å gå fra jernbanestasjonen til leiligheten. Sengene var gode, og det var air condition på begge soverommene og i stua. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt så det går fint an å lage middag hjemme om man ønsker det. Den nærmeste stranden ligger drøye 5 min gange fra leiligheten. I omtrent samme avstand i en annen retning ligger Carrefour og Monoprix med godt utvalg av dagligvarer. Eierne, Richard og Gail, informerte grundig om både leiligheten og Antibes da vi ankom. Vi trivdes veldig godt og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Great location Everything in walking distance. Antibes is a nice size town. Has everything you need. Hill villages ,Nice ,Cannes Menton all easily accesible. Parking garage a big plus. Dont bring a big car!! Corners and spaces are meant for smaller cars. We very much enjoyed our stay. Isaac and Gail are friendly helpful hosts. Would love to stay again!!

I denne skønne lejlighed er du tæt på alt. Havnen, strand, den gamle by og masser af butikker. Rigtig velfungerende lejlighed, alt var i orden. Og så er der en skøn altan. Imødekommende og meget behjælpeligt værtspar. Vi vil klart anbefale denne lejlighed.
