This well-equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, making it ideal for traveling with children.  
It has everything you need to feel at home, with all the comfort you could wish for.  
Just 20 meters from the residence, you'll find yourself right on the beach of Juan-les-Pins.  
The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
