Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Antibes, this charming air-conditioned 3-storey house less than a kilometer from the beach, with swimming pool and Wi-Fi, with a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely living room, fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a 3ᵉ bed on the mezzanine, three bathrooms (with shower).   
Cleaning is included in the rental and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows

\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- One bedroom with double bed (140\*160)  
\- A mezzanine bed with a double bed (140\*190)

The house is ideally located in old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

The apartment is located in Old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, making it impossible to reach by car. The Q-Park parking lots at Port Vauban and La Poste are 3-5 minutes away.
