Large house in the heart of Antibes, à 10-minute walk from Antibes beaches and 15 minutes from Juan-les-Pins beaches.
Beaches, the Provençal market, restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance.

The property is spread over 2 floors.
Upstairs: a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace (perfect for breakfast outside), and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with its own shower room) and a large bathroom.
Outside: garden with brick barbecue and 3 covered parking spaces, a real advantage in the town centre.

This is a beautiful Villa - the photos accurately depict the property. It is beautifully presented.It is a family friendly Villa with plenty of sleeping spaces and a very large living and dining area. Great for our 2 little ones.The host is charming and was happy to co-ordinate our arrival.Close to shops and the old town and also to the lovely beaches.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antibes.

Good location, short (5-10mins) walk downhill through nice residential area to beach and walls around old town, or 10-15mins walk to Juan-les-Pins beach and seafront. Spacious property, nice seating areas inside and out (balcony); well-equipped kitchen and good fridge/freezer. Garden area not very attractive to look out on (everything dry and unattended) but otherwise a nice spacious area. Bathrooms and bedrooms good size, though mattresses, bed linen and towels not very soft! Otherwise a good sized property in a good location.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Es ist ein großes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Zum Strand braucht man ca 15 Min zu Fuss. Zum anderen Strand ca 30 min. Es ist alles (ausser Großeinkauf) fussläufig erreichbar. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden geblieben. Ein paar Bemerkungen habe ich allerdings: der Staubsauger könnte besser staubsaugen können und die Messer müssen dringend geschärft werden. Sonst war alles Prima! Danke

bonjour, nous avons constaté que l'équipement de la cuisine était moyen: -pas de planche à découper -les poêles et casserole étaient sales, usagées et abîmées -deux bols pour huit personnes -aucun couteau en état de couper (pain, viande) -la hotte de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas les extérieurs: -la grille du barbecue sale; rouillée -le jardin impraticable pas entretenu -pas de sécurité au portail d'entrée nous nous permettons ces commentaires pour la satisfaction des prochains locataires.

Une semaine agréable et confortable au soleil d'Antibes

Nous avons profitez pleinement de l'endroit, du soleil, des plages. Très pratique avec des ados et jeunes adultes car très bien centré... proche des plages, des commerces... idéal, nous avons tout fait à vélo et à pied ! Un logement grandement recommandé !

Une grande maison avec de belles surfaces permettant d’avoir la place nécessaire pour tout le monde. Étant donné que nous étions 8 jeunes le logement est situé idéalement entre Juan-les-pins et Antibes ce qui permet de jongler entre ces deux très belles villes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce à cette maison !

Für zwei Familien perfekt

Das Haus ist schön groß und sauber, jeder hat genug Platz im Zimmer, die Bäder sind groß und es hat auch ein schönes großes Esszimmer mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Eine funktionierende Internetverbindung ist vorhanden, was für Jugendliche sehr wichtig ist! Das Haus liegt zentral, so dass sowohl die schöne Altstadt als auch der neue Stadtteil gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ca. 10 Minuten. Man kann das Auto wirklich stehen lassen. Für Großeinkauf muss man allerdings ein wenig rausfahren zu einem großen Supermarkt, sonst gibt es viele kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe des Hauses. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin hat uns auch sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Das Objekt ist nur zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr groß, geräumig, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal für den Besuch in der Altstadt, Hafen, Strand und Restaurants egal ob es nach Antobes oder Juan-les Pins gehen soll. Es gibt mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder und einen gemütlichen Balkon auf dem es sich gut aushalten lässt. Es ist sehr sauber und verfügt über alle technischen Geräte die den Urlaub erholsam werden lassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und wir sind sehr gastfreundlich begrüßt worden.

Spacious villa, great central location

The owner was very helpful on check-in and we found the villa to be in a perfect central location just 15 minutes walk to Juan les Pins beach, the station and old town with local beaches. The villa was spacious and clean. We enjoyed eating on the outside terrace. It was just off the main road but in a nice residential street. Plenty of outside space. Had a lovely time.
