"This hotel was unexpectedly outstanding. I have read the reviews bad and good and not knowing the name avid or IHG I had my guard up. When arriving it was late, around 3:31am and the day of check out . I was there only for a day but none the less when entering the clean and quiet lounge we were greeted with welcoming smile and polite gentleman. He was fast and efficient. 2 hours before check out I asked these two lovely women who were delightfully helpful and knowledgeable they were able...

"This location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The air conditioner in our room was noisy. We were tired when we arrived, thought is wasn’t going to be an issue, but in the middle of the night it got the best of me. Thank goodness I had earplugs.
