🅿️ A private parking space can be reserved in addition at a rate of €25/day. This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The accommodation consists of: Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living/ dining room. A first bedroom has a bed 180x200cm (King Size) and its shower room. Upstairs: the rooms are equipped with a 180x200cm bed and a TV. The first one has a spa bath and a Japanese toilet. The second has a shower room and a toilet. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine... Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
