This apartment can accommodate 6 people, on the 3rd floor with elevator. The large bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed with a real mattress in 140x190\. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️ A private box is available in the basement. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
