In a large bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen will ensure meals with family or friends without missing anything. Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, accessories ... in short, everything is as at home! Open to the living room, the living room is equipped with a connected TV offering all national and international channels, as well as the possibility to connect to Netflix. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a bed 160x200cm (King Size), then 1 bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. All linen will be provided during your stay: sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towel. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️ You can park your car outside on 2 private places. Important: the entire apartment is non-smoking. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Many restaurants and shops easily accessible, bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Problème de stationnement par rapport aux résidents vraiment pas sympa et réflexion sur le tri alors que nous sommes écolo depuis des années.Extérieur pas entretenu, des chardons gênent le perron. Il serait bien d'indiquer les emplacements et de ne pas nous dire prenez les 2 places de gauche, je précise nous n'avions qu'un véhicule. Ensuite, l'appartement "vue sur le lac", oui lorsque vous montez sur le canapé, ménage réalisé très très rapidement et peu de vaisselle, grille pain et fer à repasser inexistants. ##### géraldine C. The appartment is well situated for making trips and to go to the beach and the city. The inside is very clean with all the equipment you can think of. There is no airconditioning but enough windows so the heat is gone within a few minutes. The only negative thing is the small shower with a bad showerhead. But that's really the only thing.
