La maison est propre mais abîmée par endroits d'où l'étonnement de non état des lieux entre locataires. Enfin nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit pas plus fonctionnelle pour une famille de 6 restant plusieurs jours (pas de sel, pas de poêle, seulement deux sacs poubelles). Prévoir donc vos propres affaires en complément si vous restez longtemps (aussi le papier toilette!). Sinon quartier calme et bien situé pour profiter d'Annecy et ses alentours.
