An upgrade is necessary to ensure proper hygiene standards and guest comfort, and this should be prioritised as soon as possible. Catering/Menu Variety: The menu has remained unchanged for an extended period. Introducing additional dishes and rotating options would significantly improve the dining experience and overall satisfaction. Addressing these items will enhance both service quality and customer perception."
