"The staff was amazing and helpful. I tend to be an off the cuff traveler who plans things at the last minute. They were extraordinary helpful with giving me several options to explore the city and the surrounding temples. Secondly, my flight was delayed and I was not able to leave at the normal checkout time. They were able to provide me a later checkout with minimal fuss. They strive to make the guest experience here the best possible and whenever I come back to Siem Reap, I plan on booking with them again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Really love the city view and love that it's only a few minutes walked from the tourist area (night market, pub street). The room we stayed in was clean, didn't really used the amenities offered. However, the breakfast option was not great, but overall I enjoyed staying there. Staff was helpful and very welcoming."

"The service at this hotel was well beyond expectations. I have never experienced such great service. Cool towels every time you returned to the hotel. Friendly staff constantly asking if you need anything. It was my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a little present and a cake! I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean. The amenities were refilled each day. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again."

"everything was great. I celebrated my 25th birthday here and the only issue I had was that the air conditioning sometimes wouldn’t blow cold air and I felt hot at times during the night. Otherwise the staff was able to accommodate my laundry needs and also suggest areas where I could find entertainment, very polite staff, and would definitely stay again."
