About this property

A Quaint Farmhouse on the Levee

  • Enjoy peace, space, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in this authentic farmhouse.

Our farmhouse was built in 1904 in the West Frisian style and, in addition to serving as a farmhouse, was once a haberdashery shop. When we bought the farmhouse, it was 116 years old and in need of some much-needed maintenance. We’re renovating the house bit by bit—for example, the heating system is now working properly again! We reinvest the proceeds from Airbnb back into the house; right now, we’re saving up to renovate the roof.

Super!

Sehr schönes altes Haus, das renoviert wurde, ohne den alten Charme zu zerstören. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Rad fahren.
