This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.

The facilities in the property were excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. The surrounding area doesn't feel safe at all. Although a short walk, I'm glad I got a cab from the station rather than walking. Apart from the area, I'd recommend the property.

Very clean modern room, bed very comfy, location perfect

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional. Thanks again to David at check in, and the lovely staff at the bar. Executive rooms were very comfortable and modern. Great location and really convenient for concerts at the Co-op Live.

Excellent little stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were so hey and friendly, our room was spotless and so comfortable, nice and quiet too. Breakfast was very nice and a 12 o’clock checkout. PERFECT!

A great atmosphere and loved our stay

Lovely hotel and staff. Good location, lovely room, but the bed was too firm for us.

A fantastic, spotless hotel with exceptional customer service throughout. The staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Ideally located right in the heart of Manchester city centre, with plenty of convenient parking options nearby. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
