Hosts were very helpful
Great location - super quiet area
Rooms met our needs - with luggage the stairs were a bit of challenge but manageable
Overall loved the place
Room clean couple of small problems which were rectafied, no remote for tv and leaking sink in bathroom.
No tea or coffee in room but was a kettle and cups, no toiletries so make sure you have shower gel
Very close to cafe's for breakfast and coffee.
Location is excellent easy walk to many sites.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Quiet, clean, and close to everything. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The room was ideal for what we needed, which was a base to sleep as we were out the whole time at the Dutch Grand Prix. It is ideally situated to walk to the vibrant parts of Amsterdam and within easy reach of transport.
We had to check in after hours and the hotel staff were around to accommodate this. It was then easy to get in and out when we needed to.
The bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was good.
It was an excellent stay in the lovely Amsterdam.
Very cosy, well placed, and next to nice places to have rebuidling breakfast.
Thank you for your services.

Great location plenty of shops and bars restaurants
The position is great, right beside a small canal.
Close to great restaurant's and cafes, near a metro station and short walk to many attractions.
The room was very small, old, the bathroom badly designed with water from the shower covering the whole floor. I needed 2 towels to dry the area in front of toilet and handbasin
The water took a very long time to get warm.
Our room was 2 floors up a narrow winding staircase and no lift and no one to help us carry our bags up or down.
The room was noisy at night with people talking loudly in the street and coming and going from their rooms.
No facilities in the room except a body wash and hand wash, the towels are very small.
The room was clean.
No breakfast available but a great cafe around the corner.
There was no kettle in the room, I think this is a European thing.
No food and drink allowed in the room is a bit harsh, I assumed water was OK and the weather was quite warm.
The staff were all friendly and professional.
Nice residential area near nightlife and close to the market
The bar looked really cosy, but closes very early.
Lots of storage space.
Excellent WiFi
For my first time going to Amsterdam this place was perfect for the price. Location was decent. Fyi for Americans staying here is this warning. They do not have air conditioning or fans.
Im a stoic so this wasn't a problem for me. Just wanna let you know.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the location was perfect, however nothing else positive can be said. The rooms are disgusting, I am not a picky person or a germophobe but there was mold on the mirror, on shower curtains, no ventilation and the room literally smelled. No bed bugs but they don’t have real room service either, you have to ask them if you’re staying for long to clean your room.

Great location only 5 minutes walk away from most places, right in the heart of Amsterdam. Room was very clean although a bit dated, we only spent time here to sleep to be fair and it was exactly what we needed!
