A beautiful new hotel close to the airport, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious and I probably had the best sleep during my whole vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers.

This is an excellent hotel near the airport. Very clean, stylish, quiet, etc. with nice staff, a digital check in system, and excellent facilities that are in good shape. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location wasn’t ideal for spending a lot of time in Amsterdam central, but combining the airport shuttle with the Sprinter train to central made for an easy trip. The included breakfast and readily accessible coffee was a definite plus.

very clean and modern hotel. overall what you expect from them. good dinner at the restaurant. I find unaceptable that a 4stars airport hotel does not offer shuttle to the airport. checkout staff did not even come to help I went asking for invoice and i was told to download it from expedia so they could avoid coming to the desk and help. the indifference and lack of care was astonishing. these things matter! I would not return, plenty of other options around where you are treated properly.

Really easy to get to from the airport. Hotel is close to bus stop and also the train station. Hotel was really modern and had good facilities which surprised me for an "airport" hotel. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable (although I thought the pillows were flat and uncomfortable). Overall, good value; ideal for a one-nighter or layover.

This hotel is new and unfortunately it has quite a lot to adjust to be anywhere the standard of Radisson hotels. Our check in was good and the staff was professional. The room, while well appointed was lacking a coffee machine and the tv was not functioning. The front desk explained that coffee machines had not yet been delivered and that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby... A minor inconvenience one can understand. Later we noticed the shower was not draining and had not been properly cleaned, finding previous guest hair all over the floor as water rose. That is when an ok experience turned into a nightmare. We informed the front desk of our issue and were offered a different room. That next room however was a connecting room which could not be locked so we requested a different room and were finally moved to a room at the far end of the property, smaller than what we booked, and right next to the AC heat pump. The noise was unbearable. It was like sleeping in a plane. In the morning, after barely sleeping due to noise, we found the 24/7 coffee machine undergoing maintenance, and a sad breakfast box with not enough food for 2 people. Additionally we had to argue with the shuttle driver because the hotel did not communicate them that our ride had been compensated. Overall an absolutely disappointing experience. I'm sure the hotel will eventually get it sorted but at this time, it is not ready to receive guests.

The property is clean, modern, and the beds are very comfy. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother doing self check in. The machine will ask you for a credit card payment, even though you already prepaid. I luckily read the prompt and didn’t put my card in, and had to tell staff the issue. They had to check me in to avoid getting charged twice. My biggest issue with the hotel is the fact there is no shuttle. Be aware that even though it’s less than a 10 min taxi ride, it’ll still cost you around 30 euros for that short ride from the official taxi stand at Schipol to the hotel. Uber will also cost about the same. That being said, you’ll add about 60 euros roundtrip just in taxi rides. You also cannot walk to the hotel from the airport. The only inexpensive way to get to the hotel is by bus. Luckily, the bus station is about a 4 min walk from the hotel. Overall , for 200 euros, you’re better off staying somewhere near Centraal station which is a 15 min train ride from Schiphol and less than 7 euros each way.

Very large spacious room. Large and extremely comfortable bed. The room was very clean, great amenities, plenty water and a great bathroom with rainfall shower. I was only in the room 6hrs but it was very quiet in the evening. A great night sleep guaranteed. The self check in computer was a bit slow and did freeze a couple of times.
