The location was great we could walk everywhere and there was plenty of room for both of us. The apartment was spacious (for Amsterdam 😂) and the location was fantastic. Close to the museums, rembrandtplein, leidseplein, amazing restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood just to the south called de pijp is a must visit area including the albert cuypmarkt open air market. Highly recommend this vrbo. Quiet Garden Home in southern Amsterdam neighborhood was a dream for 3 long-time friends celebrating many years of friendship! Location was close to easy public transit, super fun carousel diner-type neighborhood spot and many many shops and eateries, fancy and casual, museums and everything you could ask for. Home was beautiful and as described. Host was the most accommodating and communicative I have ever experienced and incredibly helpful and generous in spirit. Not vacation home - but home. Nothing felt clean and to say this apartment is central to all sites is crazy. It is walking distance to the museums, a park and the grocery store. When we entered the house was not cleaned. Garbage was left there- and the smell lasted the entire week. The owner and his assistant are lovely.
