posizione ottima interno obsoleto vecchio

Cons: mobili vecchi, rete del materasso tipo amaca e moquette vecchissima e tutta macchiata interni insomma da paura per un 4 stelle
personale un po scorbutico alla reception interni delle camere molto vecchi ,chiedono una cauzione di 75 euro x camera x il frigobar.. assurdo

Disappointed by the Staff

Pros: The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was in the City Center and housekeeping staff keep my room cleaned.
Cons: Better training for the staff in terms of not assuming things. Also wished the rooms were more soundproof.
Location: Was annoyed by the City Center. Cheap restaurants and tourist souvenir shops near by. Was not happy. Wished I stayed near the Museum Quarter.
Front staff did fine as did the housekeeping staff. Was annoyed by the concierge staff as he seemed to have an issue with me being in the lobby one morning. He had the nerve to ask me if I just walked off the street and entered the hotel when I was staying at the hotel. I had to wonder if this was a racist situation as he was a white male and I am American by birth and biologically but I have Chinese ancestry. The other staff that was with him did not have an issue with me being in the lobby using the WiFi. >:(

Central, excellent location.

Pros: Its location and service
Cons: Better room quality- furnishings and upkeep.
Location: Handy to everywhere: Central Train Station, canals, bus hub, tours, canal cruises. You step out of the hotel and go anywhere you want to.
Very pleasant stay. Slight glitch initially in bed size requested, but quickly sorted out by the excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to go out of their comfort zone to help.

Great hotel and so central.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: A larger and more varied menu in the restaurant.
Location: Couldn't be more central! Opposite Central Station so easy access from the airport and to other parts of the country. Took walking tour, bus tours
Had a great three day stay at this hotel. Very central, yet lovely and quiet in the evenings. Clean and more than adequate rooms given you are out and about all day. Additional facilities such as bar, restaurant, pool, gym and spa were all of the same standard. All staff were very friendly and helpful, not just at check in or check out but at all times. Would definitely go back and would recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous stay here (10/5/16) for 3 nights! Great location and fantastic hotel, couldn't recommend it enough! Will definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel

This hotel is great. Excellent location, very well presented and the staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam.

駅に近い便利なホテル

Pros: 駅からの近さ
Cons: チェックイン、チェックアウトにかかる時間が多少長いように思います。
Location: 駅から近く、また分かりやすい位置にあります。
荷物が多いとき、よく知らない町に行くときは出来るだけ駅から徒歩で行けるホテルを選びます。今回は駅から見えるくらい近かったので、とても簡単にたどり着けました。 スタッフはフレンドリーでとても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

Hôtel bien situé

Hôtel bien situé avec piscine et spacieux dont nous n'avons pas profité vu nos journées de visite bien remplies. Confort de la chambre décevant au regard du nombre d'étoiles et du prix (matelas très moyens, 2 matelas de 80 côte à côte où on sentait les jointures, WC non séparés de la salle de bain... une seule table de nuit, pas de repose bagage, ménage moyen ou l'on retrouve les cheveux de la veille, bouteille d'eau pas systématiquement renouvelée). Personnel très accueillant et serviable en revanche.

Do NOT go!

Pros: The staff was friendly and the concierge was very helpful.
Cons: update the windows and doors to block out the noise and light.
Location: This hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. Lots of fun restaurants and activities all around.
I planned a surprise trip for my husband's 50th birthday and picked this hotel that was highly recommended and central. While the location was excellent, that was the only good thing. The room was not what we saw online and thought we were getting, but rather we got the "great room" in the front that was older then my husband! Aside from the very small room with odd angles, we also had the joy of a huge exterior light shining into our room all night making it hard to sleep. While the location was central, we also enjoyed the 1,000's of people outside and heard it all! not a return to this hotel for us!

Sehr gute Location für Sightseeing

Pros: Die Location als Startpunkt insbesondere für Hop-On-Hop-Off-Touren (Bus und Boot)
Ich war lediglich als Tourist in Amsterdam. Das Hotel warb mit recht schicken (modernen) Bildern von den Zimmer. Das Zimmer war allerdings ziemlich altmodisch eingerichtet. Auch die "tollen Betten" aus der Bewertung hatten wir nicht im Zimmer.
