I liked that this hotel had a good breakfast. It is also very convenient to Central Station and sight seeing places. It was clean and comfortable. The room is small but very adequate. We would stay here again.

Excellent budget hotel with a very good choice at breakfast. Comfortable bed but knobbly pillows! Very clean with staff that went the extra mile. 15 minute walk to catch a tram at the Central Station.

Overall, a decent hotel with a good location. The breakfast options were quite good, and the hotel was generally comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly helpful. During housekeeping, an inadequate amount of toilet paper was provided, and when we requested an extra roll, the staff did not bring one to our room. We had to go to the reception desk ourselves to get it. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

Great Staff and Views, but the Room Needs Maintenance The staff here was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room offered a beautiful view overlooking the canal; however, the balcony doors were locked/sealed shut, so we couldn't step out for fresh air or take clear photos. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The carpet was in terrible shape - covered in stains and leftover crumbs and desperately needs to be completely replaced, not just vacuumed. Lastly, I’d recommend skipping the paid breakfast, as it was definitely not worth the extra cost.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3rd night and ours was missed. Had to complain as we needed clean towels toilet roll etc, the shower needed bleaching and because the rooms are not cleaned every day the tiles were going brown. The luxury of staying in a hotel is not there as you have to do everything yourself make bed empty rubbish etc but the prices go up and should go down. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful
