Great big room with an extraordinarily huge bathroom. Very comfortable with all needed amenities. Maybe some bottled water would make for a nice welcoming gift?! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in easy walking distance to the museums and other sights and the tram stop is nearby.

The room 15 is big enough, comfortable and it can be very relaxing. It’s only issue is if you’re light head for sleeping. It can be noisy at night time, because its window face the street. But, you have earplugs for a better sleep. I would suggest for improving, add a real table in the middle of the room, add some real glasses for a drink. I rather be on this room, than any other 4 stars hotel room. I think it was very enjoyable.

It's clean and in a great location. Many restaurants and things to do in close walking distance. However, the amenities provided by the hotel are bare bones, at best. This isn't a major issue, however the price to stay here is outrageous for what you get. There's no elevator... I had to carry my heavy bags all the way up to my room. Also, one day when i was working in my room yhe room service people knocked on my door and wanted to install new curtains. The do not disturb sign was clearly lit outside of my room. Overall, nice place but it's about twice as expensive as it should be. The cost is unbelievable for what you get. I wouldn't come back only because of the cost and what little you get for the that.

This hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I liked my view of the garden behind. All worked right and net out it was a good stay. I add the staff when I checked in were super friendly. Location is also good. Along the tram, near the flower market and Remrbandtsplein.

Great area in Amsterdam
The street was under construction so I had to move hotels as the street and sidewalks were totally closed. They were nice enough to give me a refund. Professional. Great area.

Great location. Beds and pillows not super comfortable but rooms are clean. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Had a kettle which is great for tea. Would have liked a small bar fridge for milk and a coffee pot. Amsterdam is an expensive city to stay so tea and coffee amenities, and small fridge would be helpful.

Dream Hotel Amsterdam
There isn’t much to this hotel it is literally just a walk up to rooms with a small room for a lobby. It is really no frills but the staff were very accommodating and helped me whenever I had a request. The location is great and very central. Great for if you prefer location.

Was unable to get early check in. For some reason they also could not call or email me when the room was ready so I had to check in multiple times.Room size was very small, also was dealing with bee infestation. For the price this hotel you should not deal with a bee infestation. When I checked in there was a group pleading to switch rooms because they had been stung multiple times through the night.

The position of the hotel is very good 10 min walk to all of the main areas, but the room sizes are very small and for the cost of the hotel I would of expected a bigger room. We were bitten alive by Mosquitoes in the room which was very unpleasant other than that all good.

Terrible, really dangerous stairway, no elevator and no help with luggage - carry your big luggage upstair and risk breaking your neck. I am pretty sure this awful situation would be against health code violations in some other place. The room was small like a coffin, barely any place to move. I understand it that it's an expensive location and peak season, etc. but I've never received so little for so much money. Very disappointed.

Very friendly and good service, nice big room (I had room 25), big and firm bed, so I slept well. The internet connection was good, and the shower spacious. Some less good stuff: no elevator, no breakfast and a bit noisy street. Isolation between the rooms could be improved (I could hear people speak across the hall). But I would still give it a good rating.

Really nice, and clean hotel. The biggest issue with this hotel, is that there is NO ELEVATOR! So, if you have any kind of issues with walking up a flight, or two, of very steep and narrow stairs, book somewhere else. That said, this place was really nice. No amenities at all, but if you're looking for a nice room, pretty centrally located, this is a good inexpensive option. Half a mile to Rijksmuseum, same distance to a ton of other stuff too. Not much within a block or two, but there is a restaurant that you can get breakfast, Lunch at, across the street. There's a Coffee shop (not that kind) right next door, that I went to almost every day, for tea and croissants. The hotel is a little over a mile walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Fairly convenient location, since when in Amsterdam I walk everywhere. I'd definitely book it again, as long as I got the same rate which came out to about $170 US a night plus the local tax, which you get charged upon checkout.

Great location and very clean. Seems to be recently done up which is very modern, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor things which we found to annoy us such as, the shower is nice but has no door so the floor got wet. The room had a high ceiling and a wooden floor, which meant there was an echo and the room felt bare. Also the twin beds weren't the biggest. Mainly just us being picky. I would recommend staying here and will consider it if I return in the future. Only 15-20 mins to most major attractions by walk, and a reasonable price per night.

This hotel has a nice modern look to it, though we did sleep in the attic (32) so there were beams running through the room which added to the characteristics of the hotel. I did bump my head on one of them, even though there is tape on it to be careful. This hotel is unbelievably close to everything, we bought a travel card for the city and found ourselves walking everywhere instead as it took just as long if not shorter to do so. The only minor thing I will note is to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries as though this hotel does give you tiny bottles these didn’t wash my hair thoroughly enough but it is of no fault of the hotel, my hair is just thick. Staff are lovely, and all speak good English. Really happy with this hotel considering the price and location, just wish our stay could have been a little bit longer!

Wanted to stay a night on way home and found dream hotel, which is great location. The room had no windows and was close to front desk so could hear everything when they talked. It was not great but did not pose a big problem, just think for the price I could have had something a bit better.

Great location! It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do In Amsterdam. The room was small but the space was used very well. I appreciated the hooks to hang purses and coats on. The shower was amazing! The staff was accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
