Really quirky room which was perfect for our needs. Staff were so helpful, polite and professional. Everything was as described. Stored our luggage until the room was ready (nearly 2 hours early) and were able to leave luggage securely until we needed to catch our train. Shower was powerful and always hot. Loved the drinks machine in reception - the mocha was delicious and the espresso’s saved some money buying them out every time and helped the energy levels exploring the beautiful city. Great stay!

Room was dirty upon arrival (bathroom, sheets, floors, etc). Stairs are a nightmare but you’ll find that everywhere in Amsterdam. The only good part was the amazing location - close to everything. Not worth it though.

Got exactly what I was expecting for a one night stay near the train station. I read the reviews about no elevator and the stairs being dangerous. No experience in my life could prepare me for how steep, narrow, and windy the stairs are in this hotel. If you have a checked bag you may not want to stay here. Looking for adventure??? Book away. The staff were excellent and was very clean. Great location in the mix of things.

This location was amazing! Right in the heart of Amsterdam central. The accommodations are very basic, but provided everything we needed as a family of 5 staying in one room. The beds and room were great.

This is in the heart of amsterdam central, 5 mins walk from amsterdam central station. It's very good for going around the area and walking around amsterdam, the rooms were clean and suitable for 3 travellers, showers were fine. The stairs are long and tight, but other than that, no complaints.

Hotel Damrak Inn is conveniently located right next to the train station, canal tours, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The location could not be better—it’s truly within walking distance of nearly everything you’ll want to see in Amsterdam. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Every team member we met was personable, helpful, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of Amsterdam, with easy access to all the sights and experiences the city has to offer.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. It is right off a very busy main street which made it a bit noisy, but it calmed down at night. It was very easy to walk to and from the train station though.
