The staff were courteous and helpful. The walls of the shower in my room 216 looked dirty and had mould growing on them. As the hand wash basin had no plug I had to wash under running water. This was a waste of water.

Hotel is beautifully situated in a lovely park. Staff could not be nicer. Note that this hotel is located away from the center of the city, so do take that into consideration when making travel plans. Otherwise, great value and lovely staff help make it special.
