The best is the suerp easy check in check out process. The bar is convenient, but the menu is quite limited and the service is slow-ish. Overall a nice stay if you plan to just need to go and sleep.

This is one of the best hotels ever! I loved the Star Trek type feel of the rooms. Minimalist, but luxurious. The staff were amazingly kind, considerate, helpful, and accommodating. I’d like to stay there again & will definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was clean but really small so it was like the equivalent of a large bathroom with a bed in it. The toilet and shower have sliding enclosures and take up a lot of the space — I preferred the citizenM Copenhagen where the bathroom is its own module. Also there was a lot of noise from water in the pipes as people above used the facilities in their rooms. But breakfast was good and the whole hotel is stylish so this offsets the disappointing room.
