Nestled on the third floor of the building, this cozy one-bedroom unit offers an intimate escape with stunning views of the courtyard below. Please note that the apartment is accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator in the building.

Situated in the heart of Amsterdam on the picturesque canal, the apartment places you near the vibrant Art District and historic center, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's rich cultural heritage. Museums, restaurants and shops are just outside your door. Tram stop Keizersgracht is only a 2-minute walk and offers easy access to other areas, including Amsterdam Central Station.  
  
Enjoy the classically detailed ceiling, large windows overlooking the inner garden, and wooden floors that enhance the apartment’s airy and inviting atmosphere.The comfortable living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker. A dining table with chairs is provided for your convenience. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combo-microwave-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.  
The bedroom features a queen-size bed with allergen-free bed linen and high-quality pillows for a restful sleep.
