"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but basic. It is one of the more affordable hotels in Amsterdam, but this comes at the cost of being removed from the city centre. There are bus and tram stops a short walk from the hotel, however. There isn't much choice for dining in the area, which seems to be a student campus. However, it is a short trip on public transport, or a walk, towards Station Zuid, where there is plenty of restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"A great place to stay outside Amsterdam. It’s a 15 minute walk to the tram and a 15 minute tram to the metro 15 more to the city all fun of you are from the states and have no public transportation. Get a day pass right at the tram station for $7.50 and use every form of public transportation. The restaurant and in house store are not great. The staff is super nice! The rooms are clean and modern. We chose this place because my son is a budding civil engineer and wanted to see how bikes trams...

"A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must.
