"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean. It was so nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. It was located by most of the museums and monuments. Everything was within walking distance. We loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting DC. We will definitely stay here again."

"Never have we had a room with 2 king sized beds. Worked out great for our family. Staff were extremely friendly at the reception as well at the restaurant. So were the valet parking team. We had a pool view and the pool area is quite beautiful and is an outdoor pool. Lots of towels were available. Only negative was that our room safe was already locked and no one picked up the phone at customer service. We just stayed for a night so didn't care too much. The location is incredible. The national mall on one side and the wharf on the other with tons of restaurants to choose from"

"Besides the slow, small elevator & the inability to walk up and down the stairs when the elevator’s busy! The monument view suite with tub was gorgeous & was the best highlight of the trip. Very much worth the money & besides that I highly recommend the steak sub fries for a veggie. The steak cooked perfect, veggies were generous & came with a little salad. Very nice portion & flavors were excellent"

"Front desk check in process is tedious. I was required to use a tablet at the checkin desk to type in my personal information which they should already have on file. So it seems redundant to me and it required me to have free hands to do. Front desk was friendly but was unsure what time pool could be accessed and what time restaurant was open. Room was clean. I had two queen beds. The room is narrow and this made it hard for me and my guest to get out of each others way as well as find places for our luggage. We made it up to the pool area one evening which is next to the rooftop bar/lounge. People can bring food and drinks into the pool area and every lounge chair had dirty leftovers next to or on them (half eaten raw oysters/shells left in the sun). A used napkin had flown into the pool. If you are looking for quiet time by the pool i dont suggest going in evening when bar is busy- music can be loud. The rooftop bar, however, is a delight. Good service. Great views. Drinks are fun. Downstairs restaurant is worth trying for breakfast. Great service and food was great portion and delcious."

"I stayed at this hotel to attend two weekend events that were happening in Navy yard. The hotel was walking distance from both events and was prime location honestly. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. And there was complementary breakfast each morning. Will definitely return to this hotel."
