And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two days with no apology from the staff. The sauna is small and cramped. There are strange odors, especially in the floor above the sauna/spa facility. The restaurant is cold and uninviting, and the breakfast selection is limited and unimaginative. (Fortunately, there are several excellent restaurants nearby.) The accommodation included breakfast. The chutzpah was charging extra for the coffee with breakfast. There is no mention of a charge for coffee anywhere. They surprise you with the coffee charge at checkout. This hotel website is full of dishonest advertising. Overall, this establishment falls far short of the quality, transparency, and professionalism one should expect from a Boutique hotel & spa.
