Rooms are spacious, with lovely balconies and views. The pool is great with lots of space. The restaurant on site is fantastic; wonderful food and very reasonably priced.

Amazing

We had a lovely stay here. The setting was beautiful and the facilities were really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We had a couple of drinks on the veranda with snacks and then a very nice meal in the restaurant along with a good breakfast the next morning. The room was also very good with great views of the lake. All in all a great stay and we would definitely use this hotel again.

This property was set in a rural hillside offering views of the Valpedre valley. Not only is this a sophisticated hotel but the property boasts fantastic facilities for all ages. The staff, especially the Manager André were super friendly and nothing was a bother. André was forever checking in with us to see how we were and if there was anything he could do for us. He also assisted us with some sight seeing expeditions which were great. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The bedroom was left...

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and set in the most amazing valley and vineyard. The Chapel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the pool is a good size. The facilities are great. Transfer to and from Rede Station included, but not from Régua. The restaurant is not very good at all - the vegetarian rice dish was very bland and the food poorly seasoned, but the wine was fantastic. It was also great value.

Amazing hotel, very clean, really lovely staff!

Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy as a couple, especially when using the spa facilities. The staff was amazing and making sure we were having a nice stay. The breakfast buffet was really worth it.

A bit of a climb or a few euro taxi journey from Penafiel's town centre, the Park provides very comfortable rooms – with bathtubs, WiFi and smart furnishings. Staff extremely friendly but a little slow – took them ages to look for (and not find) a map of Penafiel, explain things, etc. Spa consisted of two saunas, dry and wet, both quite large, and a nice-sized jacuzzi. Pool out of commission as there was an exercise class going on – no-one at reception said. Breakfast a spread of nice breads,...

Fabulous hotel - almost Belmond but not quite. Rooms are excellent (must comfortable beds with down pillows). Breakfast is superb. Pool service a bit sporadic but overall the staff were wonderful.

2nd time at this hotel. Really good and well organized. Staff is great. Only positive things. Will come again back for sure
