TVs, and free Wi-Fi. In the dining room with a sea view, you’ll find everything you need for cooking
(pots, dishes, glasses, etc.), an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator; in the bathroom, you’ll find (shower gel
, toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc.). Guests have access to all outdoor areas of the residence and can enjoy the panoramic gardens; the location offers excellent public transport access, with a bus stop just 20 metres away. The apartment is very easy to reach; there are no stairs or steep inclines. Parking is right next to the residence; it’s possible to park city cars weighing up to 1,050 kg inside the building, subject to availability, for larger vehicles, parking is available at a rate of 25–30 euros per day. The location is very convenient for visiting: Amalfi, Maiori, Vietri sul Mare, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, and the world-famous islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida—with ferry connections from the Amalfi marina. The nearest beach is only 1.5
km away and just a 15-minute walk.

by the Amalfi municipal regulations; failure to comply with waste separation requirements exposes
the owner to fines from the authorities. The municipality of Amalfi charges a
tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night, payable upon arrival.
