  • A superior deluxe apartment, approximately 70 square metres, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, located
    in the hamlet of Lone in Amalfi, within the quiet Caledoscopio residence.
    The apartment offers a stunning, one-of-a-kind view; from the beautiful
    terrace, furnished with a small table and chairs, you can admire all the colours and scents typical of the
    Amalfi Coast. The apartment consists of a wonderful double bedroom,
    a single bedroom with a sea view, and a sofa bed—all in separate rooms
    —for a total of 4 sleeping accommodation. Inside the house, you’ll find air conditioning in every room, 2
    TVs, and free Wi-Fi. In the dining room with a sea view, you’ll find everything you need for cooking
    (pots, dishes, glasses, etc.), an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator; in the bathroom, you’ll find (shower gel
    , toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc.). Guests have access to all outdoor areas of the residence and can enjoy the panoramic gardens; the location offers excellent public transport access, with a bus stop just 20 metres away. The apartment is very easy to reach; there are no stairs or steep inclines. Parking is right next to the residence; it’s possible to park city cars weighing up to 1,050 kg inside the building, subject to availability, for larger vehicles, parking is available at a rate of 25–30 euros per day. The location is very convenient for visiting: Amalfi, Maiori, Vietri sul Mare, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, and the world-famous islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida—with ferry connections from the Amalfi marina. The nearest beach is only 1.5
    km away and just a 15-minute walk.
    DISTANCES: supermarket 700 m, Amalfi’s historic centre and port 1.5 km, Ravello 6 km,
    Positano 16 km, Sorrento 30 km, Naples Airport 65 km, Salerno-Costa d’Amalfi Airport 45 km.
    OTHER THINGS TO REMEMBER: It is mandatory to sort waste according to the rules established
    by the Amalfi municipal regulations; failure to comply with waste separation requirements exposes
    the owner to fines from the authorities. The municipality of Amalfi charges a
    tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night, payable upon arrival.

Great views, long walk up to the apartment

Great views, long walk up over 500 steps, paper thin walls ( noise disturbance from the next door neighbors from early morning into the late night hours).
