"Cute maritime decor in the entire hotel and a sandy beach in front of the patio that nobody would expect in this region. unfortunately, the many smokers cause an odor even in the rooms and the old carpet doesn’t help. My room was located next the linen room. Rattling carts and a banging door wike me up at 6 am. "

"A very convenient hotel near the transport hub and allowed us to walk to the river and see some of the sights. Allowed us then to go into the old part of the city the next day and visit a museum.

"We had a great stay with such friendly and helpful people. They went out of their way to make sure that our room was ready early, which was so kind. We needed it early to make it to a wedding. Very professional and nice. It's within walking distance from the train station and downtown. We loved their pool/sauna area. Our only mild complaint was that the pool is quite small and the hot tub was not working. We would still highly recommend Novotel! "
"Great place for a comfortable overnight stop. Lovely 6km round trip walk to the Rhine, where there are several restaurants and yummy ice cream parlours. Loved the free refreshments in the mini bar and the free coffee, something we haven’t experienced before. Nice to see that customers are still valued and not just an expendable commodity."

"No deben hacerlo tan tarde.
Es mejor preguntar al huésped en que horario necesita la limpieza.
Instalar luz eléctrica en el techo del dormitorio, la luz de las lámparas laterales no es suficiente para estudiar"
