"We received an upgrade on our check in. The hotel was very cozy, smelled really goos in the halls, and the room was big as well. Very clean and perfect location to walk around old town. Two very good German restaurants near by as well. Overall very good clean and cozy hotel. The guy who checked us in with curly hair was very nice, walked us to the room and showed how everything worked. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Munich! "

"Very nice hotel overall. A little disappointing that the “view” out of the windows was an inner rooftop area of blank walls. Also, small things such as a cheap coffee maker in the room and no shower lotion soap, just bar soap. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the lobby is very nice. "

"Our host is a lovely man, very nice. Cleaning staff are so pleasant. Nice, room, lobby area. However we did have a problem. we were in bed, fire alarm in room went off, very scary, I had to climb on a chair & use a show horn to turn it off. It went off a few times in am. Lucky, lovely cleaning lady came to our rescue & removed the cap on it. Otherwise no complaints or issues"

"This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located such that many of the major sights of Munich are within walking distance. The well-equipped gym and warm roof-top pool are nice respites after a day of sightseeing."
