"First thing when you walk in people loud in the lobby kids running everywhere staff was nice the elevator inspection date was expired it sounded like it would break at any minute room was okay floor had stains and one of hair towels had dirty in it and the shower had hair in it"

"This was such an amazing castle! The detail and great aesthetic was exactly how it was described! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hot tub felt great after a long drive!
