Hotel overall was kind of dirty. The hallway carpet to get to the rooms was black. You could see the dirt. The ice maker was leaking on the floor on your way in there was never any staff at the counter. You always had to ring the bell for somebody to come out. As for the room, the curtains went past the air conditioner forcing the cold air up into the curtain versus into the room each night. We had to put things to push the curtain back onto the window ledge so the room would be air-conditioned. The toilet in the room was loose and would wobble. Mattresses were old Sounded like the springs were broken and they were super uncomfortable to sleep on. Daily housekeeping was just changing towels and emptying trash. Overall the hotel was a little run down and not taking care of. Also look like mold in the top of the bathroom ceiling. Also look like a crack between the bathtub and the shower wall where they tried to fix it with caulk that was covered in mold. Would not recommend this hotel ever

First thing I saw upon entering the room was a large roach, so I was concerned. It turns out that it was the only one I saw. Staff was helpful when I reached out. Continental breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels under this brand. The hotel is independently operated and not corporate. I was stranded there for three days due to auto issues while traveling. I found it to be adequate.

The staff was exceptional. They were helpful, pleasant, attentive and kind. The room was exceptional clean except for the bathroom floor which needed a good scrubbing and the caulk around the bathtub needed repaired. The carpet in the hallway had a very dirty traffic pattern down the middle.

We basically just needed a place to get off the Interstate and rest. Our room was nice and clean. A/c was exceptional. Our only complaint was the bed was SOO hard. If you have a bad back be warned.

This motel was exactly what I needed, when and where I needed it! Very convenient location, plenty of parking, helpful staff, good neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained, good AC, decent breakfast. Lots of food options within walking distance, including a 24-hour Waffle House!

Room had very poor lighting with only one working lamp. Bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Drain in the sink and bathtub were both clogged with hair. Staff at the front desk were very slow and not at all helpful. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very convenient to get to this hotel from I-75. The bed was comfortable for a quick night's sleep. This was my first time traveling with a pet and there were no problem at check in when letting the staff know. My only complaint is that the pet friendly room smelled like previous pets really strongly and there was pet hair on the air conditioner and the were well loved.
