8/10 Very good! (635 reviews)
This hotel is VERY old; the bathrooms are very old and uncomfortable to bathe. The front desk staff was very rude, and the behavior comes from the manager who is incompetent and extremely rude to the clients. Expedia, drop this hotel from your listings, because you're going to get the same disappointing review. One day the weather outside dropped about two degrees and they turned the air off for the whole hotel and refused to put it back on. When we asked, the manager gave us an attitude and told us to open the window. Extremely bad hotel and service. The only good things about this hotel were the location.

I am very pleased with the cleaner; she is a very good and helpful woman. The reception staff were accommodating and did their best to assist; I had a reservation for a double bed but was given a room with two singles, so they pushed them together for my convenience.
