"I can say all the standard things, but here is the most important one. I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day."

"This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. The level of dress and composure is far more respectful then you might find in tel Aviv. One thing I wish I'd known about this hotel was that it does seem to cater to a religious crowd. There is a synagogue in the hotel itself, and very large synagogue just down the block. On my next trip to Jerusalem I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's in walking distance to essentially all the old traditional sites in the city."

Located just a few steps from the vibrant Damascus Gate and within walking distance to all major holy sites – the Western Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and Al-Aqsa Mosque – it offers the perfect base for exploring the Old City. The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast with a panoramic view or watching the sunset over the golden dome and ancient rooftops, it’s a moment of peace and beauty that stays with you. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful – always ready with a smile, and full of local recommendations.. "
