"Perfectly located hotel in the heart of the city. Easy to access the underground and get all over the place. The hotels Irish Bar was great (especially during the Super Bowl) and the Guiness was fab! The main bar was also a fantastic and lively place to go with full table service with very attentive staff. The drinks were not that pricy either considering it was a hotel in the centre of the city. The rooms were clean and more that adequate for multiple people. We also had Lindt chocolates as a welcome gift which was a pleasant surprise. Loads of restaurants were close by as well as places for a social drink. The food was fab in both the Irish bar and the main restaurant"

"The air conditioner was blowing warm air and the room was a sauna. Staff did not tell us it was broken when we checked in. They made it so the windows could open, after we complained. The unlocked open window helped but there was a lot of outside noise from the street below and we could not sleep."
