(535 reviews) This was overall a good stay, given the economic price. The hotel occupies a floor in an office building, and is difficult to find. Like most hotels in Taiwan, the staff spoke almost no English. However, they were very friendly and patient and willing to work with English -speaking clients. Staff was very professional and helpful in spite of the language barrier. The area outside is a bit sketchy for Taiwan, but it was still safe, overall. I would be careful about eating in any of the small hole-in-the-wall restaurants immediately outside the hotel, as some are unsanitary and have rodent problems. Note that the hotel itself is clean and they have no control over the nearby restaurants.Overall, still an okay choice to stay here.
