Area is far too noisy

Posted 09-Apr-2018
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Plenty to do nearby
Was there for four nights maid came in first two days third day no show towels hadn't been changed had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels and toilet roll also only left shampoo and conditioner first night.Considering this is a four star hotel its a very poor show, like me,many people who only go for four nights only carry on hand luggage so considering the money they charge these things should be replenished every day. Also air con in the room didn't work all I can say is they won't be getting my business again so if your thinking of going here think again.

Nice hotel and great staff

Posted 22-Feb-2018
Pros: Breakfast buffet, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hotel staff, room size and condition
Cons: Jacuzzi water temperature was a bit cold, awaiting time for elevators is too long.
Location: Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Possibility to go for day trips (we did a nice day trip to Sierra de Guadalest and Fonts d'Algar.
I spent 4 days in Melia Benidorm with a friend and we had such a pleasant stay. The hotel location is great, just a 10min walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants/pubs/karaokes nearby. Regarding the hotel itself, Jorge in reception, Housekeeping ladies and the bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and kind. In terms of the room, it was lovely and clean. The only drawbacks I could point out were 1) the hottub/jacuzzi water (it was coming out a bit cold) 2) the lifts/elevators were taking so long to come when we were calling them (maybe maintenance should check that) and 3) the lack of iron and tea+coffee sachets and kettle in the room. Apart from that, everything was lovely. By the way, breakfast was great, and the swimming pool looks amazing! Thanks for everything!

Luxury Hotel

Posted 21-Feb-2018
Pros: That it was a really nice hotel. The hotel was spotless and modern everything looked brand new so really pleased
Really loved this hotel. As soon as you arrive you can tell it's a good hotel. I had a Level Superior Room which was luxurious and had plenty of space. Had access to the Level Lounge which is a nice relaxing room which had a little mini bar for drinks. The hotel had plenty of facilities, downstairs had entertainment at night which look very busy (good for families), indoor pool (which you had to wear a swimming cap) had jacuzzi's and sauna's in changing rooms. There was a spa area and the outside pool area was fairly large. Only had breakfast so can only comment on this and was perfect for me had plenty of food and managed to make sandwiches for lunch out of it ;) No complaints with staff as they were very friendly and happy to help. Obviously, going in February means I have had a

Came here for a long weekend with a friend of mine. Had a great time, hotel was great, location was central but far enough out not to be bothered by any noise, good breakfast, nice staff... not a bad word to say about it.

We had a room on the 14th floor and the lifts weren't working well which meant long waits to get up or down. Spa was very noisy and crowded. On the posirive side, good variety and quality of food and friendly staff.

Very good hotel apart from hard beds

Posted 28-Dec-2017
Pros: Not far from Levante Beach with a regular bus service, and within easy walking distance of Benidorm Palace for a fantastic night out
Cons: choice of hard or soft mattress would be nice.
Location: Many British style pubs nearby and if you wanted to eat out, a choice of Chinese, Indian, Spanish and British restaurants locally
The hotel itself is in a great position, and the variety of food is very good. Mine was a winter stay, so the large heated indoor pool and sauna were a boon. Must confess I didn't use the gym, but it was available. My only problem was that the bed was hard and I am used to a much softer one. But the room itself was spotless and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the outdoor pools. The en-suite bathroom was also spotless with a nice selection of luxury toiletries. All the staff that I encountered were extremely helpful, and very pleasant.
