Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 180 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour, barbecue, barbecue house, parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 6 km, café 6 km, bus stop "Campinuela V" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de los Boliches" 22 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Outside area is nice but the house lacks

The outside area is nice and the pool is decent but located right next to a horse park. The house lacks quite a lot. The kitchen is barely equipped to accommodate a family of 4 and there is no dishwasher. The beds are REALLY bad and squeaky. The staff is friendly though.

Compleet volgens beschrijving

Alles wat vooraf beschreven stond was ook aanwezig. Het huis was alleen absoluut niet schoon. Veel spinnenwebben, stof, de gehele keuken plakte en ook de keukengerei in de kastjes. Wij hebben eerst alles moeten schoonmaken en alle keukengerei die wij hebben gebruikt, goed afgewassen. (Er was geen vaatwasser) Er ontbrak meerdere gerei. Deze hebben we zelf aangeschaft. Zoals een flessenopener, thee-en keukendoeken, een werkende gasaansteker om gasfornuis aan te steken (lucifers te gevaarlijk)
