Registration number – VFT/ MA/ 01100\. 4 bedroom villa, with private gardens and pool. This luxury villa has been beautifully furnished to the highest standard, the large rustic style kitchen leads out to the front covered terrace with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee and the bright spacious lounge, leads onto the garden. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with bathroom which leads into a twin bedroom, the perfect layout for two families, both bedrooms have access onto private garden, the terrace is equipped with BBQ and large table ideal for alfresco dining. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom and twin bedrooms and shared bathroom, both rooms have access to sunny south west facing terrace with amazing sea views. The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre Optic WIFI and international TV channels. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and scenic walks around the nearby Cabopino golf. Beautifully maintained private gardens and pool make this villa first class accommodation for the perfect holiday. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
