It’s located in an extremely safe area, and the property is very secure (we’ve never had any issues of any kind); however, for your peace of mind, there’s your own electric main gate, a second gate leading to the house’s garden, security windows, bars on the house itself, and your own alarm system. It is located at the foot of a quiet and peaceful forest area in Alhaurín el Grande, just 15 minutes from the charming town of Mijas Pueblo, 20 minutes from beaches such as La Cala and Torremolinos, and 25 minutes from either Marbella in one direction or Málaga itself in the other. You’ll have many golf courses to choose from, the nearest being Lauro Golf and Alhaurín Golf.

This central location in Andalusia means you’ll be able to easily visit many attractions, such as the historic centre of Málaga, the caves of Nerja, Mijas and Ronda, and other traditional villages; the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada; the Seville Cathedral; the Córdoba Mosque, and other amazing tourist destinations such as Jaén, Cádiz, and even Gibraltar.
