  • Holiday home on the outskirts of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

    Located just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín de la Torre and a twenty-minute drive from the historic center of Malaga, this house is the perfect choice for a group of 6 people who want to rest, without giving up the possibility of discovering the charms of the Costa del Sol.

    The cozy interior area of the house has a living room with television with Google Chromecast and fireplace, a reading room with a wood stove and a fully equipped independent kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay without missing anything.

    The house has fiber optic internet, 300 MB speed.

    The house's six guests can rest in the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share the use of the second bathroom in the house, with a bathtub.

    The bedrooms are opened according to the number of people who reserve the house. To open the third bedroom, you will have to pay the price for 6 people.

    The three bedrooms, the reading room and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.

    The outdoor area has a porch with an outdoor table, where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Steps connect the porch to the patio with pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor dining area, shaded by a tree. The house also has a portable barbecue.

    Please note that the pool will only be available from May 1 to October 31.

Very Nice host and superb location

We were there for one week end of februari. The location is lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoying the kids to play in the big garden. Carlos the host and owner of the place is very kind and helpfull. He picked us up at the meeting point and told Isala about what we had to know.

Beautiful Property tranquil area

Everything you need for a great holiday. The area is peaceful and just a short drive to the beaches. Lovely outside area with plenty of choice for seating. The house itself has so much space and all the things you need to self cater. Carlos was in touch to arrange meeting and was very amenable. All together a wonderful time. We had twins that were provided with highchairs and cots and plastic crockery and cutlery.

toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber und für 6 Personen auch wirklich ausreichend groß. Dreimal pro Woche kommt morgens ganz früh ein Gärtner der die Außenanlage und den Pool sauber macht. Diese Aktion läuft so ruhig und leise ab, dass man erst beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse merkt, dass er da war. Der Vermieter, Carlos, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns ist z. B. ein Sonnenschirm kaputt gegangen und wir haben gleich am nächsten Tag einen neuen bekommen bzw. der alte wurde repariert. Außerdem hat uns Carlos mit frisch geernteten Feigen aus seinem eigenen Garten versorgt, worüber wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut haben. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren 2 1/2 Wochen in Alhaurin im Ferienhaus von Carlos. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und P

Wir waren 2 1/2 Wochen in Alhaurin im Ferienhaus von Carlos. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Das Haus war tip top sauber und der Garten mit dem schönen Pool war sehr geflegt. 3 mal in der Woche kommt ein Gärtner und kümmert sich um die Anlage. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Alhaurin, in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt , Apotheke und eine Tankstelle. Die Entfernung zum Strand und den Touristenstädten wie Torremolinos und Benalmadena liegen ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Flughaben Malaga erreicht man in 15 Minuten. Ein Auto ist schon erforderlich. Carlos der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Er lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir baten bei Buchung uns den Pool noch offen zu halten und unser Wunsch wurde erfüllt, sodass wir trotz der niedrigen Wassertemperaturen den Pool noch nutzen konnten. Als Gastgeschenk gab es leckere Mandarinen aus eigenem Garten und im Kühlschrank stand Wasser. Carlos gab uns auch den Tipp für die Wandertour auf dem Caminito del Rey. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber unbedingt vorab buchen und am Besten mit einer Führung. Wir würden zu jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen und wünschen Carlos weiterhin viel Freude mit der Vermietung.

Die gute; Der Garten ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Pool, der von Gras umgeben ist. Die Küche hat alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen. Es ist 10 Minuten Fahrt zu einem Einkaufszentrum mit Zugverbindung nach Malaga. (20 Minuten mit dem Zug) Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und sehr speziell und es gibt viele Hausregeln. Der Gastgeber spricht Spanisch und Französisch. Die nicht so gut; Das Haus liegt ca. 100 m von einer Autobahn entfernt. Es gibt also 24 Stunden Autolärm. Bei offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Das Haus liegt auch unter einer Einflugschneise, da es so nah am Flughafen liegt. Sie erhalten maximal 200 kW Strom, wenn Sie also mehr verbrauchen, müssen Sie extra bezahlen. Wir fanden es etwas teuer für die laute Lage, aber die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Spielen im Pool.

Geschätzt haben wir die Lage als Stützpunkt für unsere Touren z.B. zum Caminito del Rey, zum El Torcal Antequera, nach Marbella, Mijas und natürlich nach Malaga. Den positib´ven Bewertungen können wir uns nur anschließen, insbesondere was den Eigentümer Carlos betrifft. Carlos ist ein liebenswerter Mensch, der seinen Gästen einen möglichst angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichen möchte. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort, falls irgendetwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte. Klare Empfehlung von uns!

Dieses Haus entspricht perfekt den Fotos auf der Ruralidays-Website. Es ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist komplett. Der Swimmingpool ist ein Pluspunkt, in einem hübsch und originell eingerichteten Garten. Carlos, der Eigentümer, kümmert sich um seine Mieter und ist sehr verfügbar. Er versteht es, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Es fühlt sich fast wie eine Familie an!
