House boat "Alicudi", built in 1968\. 400 m from the centre of Alghero, in a sunny position, 1 m at the seaside. In the house: solarium. Motor boat (on order). Cook on request (extra). Beverage service and breakfast (included). Parking at 50 m. Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 600 m, bar 500 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "San Giovanni" 480 m. Nearby attractions: Bosa 46 km, Stintino 46 km, Porto Torres 34 km, olbia 140 km, Castelsardo 72 km. Please note: car recommended. Historic boat of the scientific communicator Piero Angela, parties are organised.  
7-room mobile home. Open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 3 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating.
