Elegant holiday home close to Lido beach, located on a quiet side street off Via Castelsardo. Situated on the first floor of a newly constructed building, it consists of a spacious living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a terrace, another double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. The property is completed by a large veranda furnished with a table and chairs for dining outdoors and enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation, as well as a precious reserved parking space, given the parking difficulty in the area, being very close to the beach.  
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat-screen TV and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, video intercom.  
The Lido beach is just 250 meters away, while the historic center is easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes; the apartment is also convenient as it has all the main services nearby.  
It is certainly the perfect holiday home for those who especially love the city beach of Lido but also want a valid starting point to enjoy equally beautiful and unforgettable beaches in the area, such as Lazzaretto, Le Bombarde, and Porto Conte.
