Bright and spacious sea view penthouse near the beach, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Penthouse 5th floor, with lift, sea view, close to the beach, in a 5-storey building, with WiFi Wireless throughout the house.
A short distance from the wonderful Lido of Alghero, our flat is a prestigious solution close to the magnificent beach of Lido.
The sea with its white sand is a 5-minute walk away. Its location near the sea is practically spectacular, and makes the house an ideal solution for those who, in addition to the sea, do not want to give up living in the city centre.
For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.
The house has an area of 110sqm. and consists of 3 large bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms. a terrace in front of the sea very large livable.
All rooms are tastefully and practically furnished. The terrace is definitely the highlight of the house, as it allows you to enjoy your holiday outdoors and not locked inside a flat. Dinners and breakfasts in the open air, with the sunset over the sea as a choreography, will be unforgettable.
The house also has a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, pantry and a second balcony. The sea is only a few hundred meters away and the centre is reached on foot with a walk along the promenade, all services, restaurants and shops are under the house.
The deposit is to be paid upon delivery of the keys, and will be returned on the last day before departure, provided that the house is in order, clean and without damage.
We leave our guests the maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

The car is not necessary in the city but it is necessary to go to the discovery of the coasts and the beaches.

Fantastic stay in a reasonable apartment in a nice city with a nice beach.
Due to the heat and A/C only placed in living room we needed to by fans for the bedrooms. Missed a barbeque area on the terraces, else everything was super nice

we just loved our time here at this apartment. Great location walking distance from everything you need literally on top of a great supermarket! Restaurants and the old town around the corner and beach across the street. We felt like it was our house. The balconys both sides of the house are just super. Huge and relaxing. A massive apartment where we felt great and were sad to leave. A great find in alghero and we will most definitely be back! Definitely recommended!! The owner was on stand by for whatever we needed but it was not necessary and everything was fine!

Der Balkon hat entgegen dem Foto keine Markisse.Wer bucht sollte beachten:Übergabe durch Carlo/Angela - sprechen nur italienisch und haben eine schlechte Übersetzungs-App.Erstellen inkorrekte Endabrechnungen. Unbedingt selbst die Zählerständer für Strom ablesen. Kosten 0,50 /kwhSie haben 28 in Bar für einen Check-In um 21:00 verlangt.Die Agentur hatte direkt vor Anreise erstmalig geschrieben, dass 50 bei Anreise nach 22:00 bezahlt werden sollen. Von zusätzlichen Kosten bei einer Anreise vor 22:00 stand kein Wort in den detaillierten Check-In Anweisungen der Agentur.
Posizione centrale con supermercato sotto casa, comodo, ma rumoroso (sopratutto al mattino). La casa si trova vicino alla Pineta di Maria pia (bellissima spiaggia) , anche se conviene utilizzare una bicicletta.

soweit ok - super Lage
gefallen haben uns der Meerblick und die Nähe zum Conad (Supermarkt). Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Bis zum schöneren Strand Maria Pia läuft man kaum 20 min. An der 3 min entfernten Strandpromenade kann man nett sitzen und einen Aperitif oder Espresso trinken.
Wir waren am Ende der Saison da und die Holzmöbel auf dem Foto waren durch Plastikstühle ersetzt. Die Bäder waren sauber, wenngleich die Keramik etwas abgenutzt und die Siffons deutlich gerostet waren.

Comfortable and nice, with minor issues
The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious and has great location close to the beach and the port. There is more than enough room for 6 people and the furniture is tasteful and new. There are lots of tourist maps and magazines that guests can use. The owners are very nice and helpful.
Some minor problems as not everything works: the dishwasher does not work, the fridge cooling is a bit weak, the elevator had no light, the WiFi only worked for the first 2 days of our stay. Also, the table and chairs on the terrace is plastic and not the same as in the photo on the website.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment as it's nice and the owners are friendly.

przestronny apartament ze wspaniałym tarasem
Apartament jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany - mniej więcej w połowie odległości pomiędzy starym miastem a plażami, w sumie wszędzie blisko :) Sam apartament jest bardzo przestronny i przyjemny..jest nieźle wyposażony, wprawdzie nie wszystkie sprzęty działają ale te najbardziej przydatne, czyli lodówka, piec i pralka bez zarzutu :) Apartament ma wspaniały, olbrzymi taras, a właściwie to nawet dwa, bo po drugiej stronie znajduje się jeszcze jeden ogromny balkon..Na parterze budynku, w którym znajduje się apartament zlokalizowany jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony supermarket - to również duży plus..Apartament ma też swoje mankamenty - dwa główne to bardzo kiepski internet (chociaż nie wiem czy to nie jest ogólna bolączka Sardynii, bo trzeba przyznać że właścicielka starała się temu jakoś zaradzić ale bez większych skutków) i dziwny uciążliwy, jednostajny, rezonujący hałas w jednej z sypialni - nie wiem czy to na dachu znajduje się jakieś urządzenie które go wywołuje czy ten hałas rozprzestrzenia się po murach ale faktem jest, że trudno go znieść..mimo to, ogólnie apartament jest bardzo godny polecenia..a no i co również ważne - przesympatyczne i bardzo pomocne osoby właścicieli/administratorów - Maria, Angela, Carlo - pięknie dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy! :):)

Très bel Appartement au 5 Eme étage. Confortable et très Agréable à vivre.
Les Propriétaires très aimables et à votre écoutes.
La plage du Lido seulement à 5 minutes à pied, seul bémol la Posidonia Océanica “Posidonie“ qui abonde sur le sable et peut gêner les baigneurs. ( écologie oblige ces herbiers constituent l'écosystème et jouent un rôle important dans la protection des côtes contre l'érosion).
Les autres plages sont à quelques minutes en voiture ( Maria Pia, Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Porto Ferro, Torre del Poticciolo, …...)
La ville D'Alghero est merveilleuse la promenade sur les remparts aussi bien le jour que la nuit est un vrai régal.
L'Agro tourisme Sa Mandra, seulement à 10 minutes de la ville en voiture vous propose dans un cadre exceptionnel pour 40€ un repas typiquement Sarde ( Barbarincino). Les enfant peuvent voir les animaux de la ferme et jouer dans un parc complètement équipé pour leurs plaisir.
Au départ du port des nombreuses excursions en bateaux vous sont proposées.
Je conseille fortement cette location.

Pour l'amélioration du confort : Literie couchage.
1) Je conseille aux propriétaires de préciser dans leur annonce que le couchage n'est pas adapté à des personnes de forte corpulences. Cela évitera probablement des mécontentements.
2) Je conseille aux touristes au moment de leurs demandes de location si le cas l'impose de signaler éventuellement leurs morphologie.
