The apartment comes complete with everything you need, hair dryer, two televisions, stove, oven, washing machine, fan, coffee makers and coffee + sugar and tea, blender, toaster, kettle, fridge - freezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, ladles , etc all available to guests. Clean sheets, blankets and towels, parasols, games and towels for the sea are available to guests. you will find free WIFI internet, FREE PARKING in the street of the apartment check-in before 20.00 There are no particular rules, I hope that the guests take care of the furniture by using them without damaging them, and leave the apartment in conditions similar to those in which it was delivered. Mais, mais, mais...Contrairement à ce que laisse penser les photos (retouchées), c'est un vieil appart des années 70, dans son jus, sans double vitrage, très bruyant et laissant passer les courants d'air. A éviter l'hiver. Le seul moyen de chauffer (en dehors d'une chambre équipée de la clim reversible), ce sont des chauffages d'appoints électriques qui font sauter les plombs si on les branche en même temps, car le compteur électrique n'est pas assez puissant. Résultat, plus d'eau chaude, car le chauffe-eau doit être réinitialisé à distance par la proprio. Gros problème aussi, avec le voisin du dessus, très bruyant la nuit.La proprio fait ce qu'elle peut de loin (elle est toutefois réactive) et heureusement que la femme de ménage qui habite à proximité est là pour tenter de régler les problèmes (elle est très gentille).En résumé, un appart parfait, en été, si vous n'êtes pas sensible aux bruits et pas trop nombreux non plus (à 9, cela me parait compliqué). ##### peter t. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances sans cet appartement dans un quartier résidentiel proche du centre historique (10min) et 5 min de la plage d'Alghero. Nous avons renoncé à louer une voiture et ne l'avons pas regretté, même si parking gratuit dans les rues ça doit être compliqué de trouver une place dans les rues alentour et parkings plage payants. Tout se fait à pied et en bus. Bus de la plage 5€ la journée pour aller sur des magnifiques plages comme Mugoni et Porticciolo. prendre un bus à l'aéroport = 1euros p personne et à 30min. Eviter les taxis c'est l'arnaque! L'appartement était très propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Avons apprécié les serviettes de plage, les produits douche, les parasols et chaises de plage et papier toilette ainsi que tout les produits de base. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait pour l'apéritif!! La télévision était neuve et le wifi fonctionne bien dans le salon mais pas les chambres. La clim dans la chambre du fond permet de refroidir l'appartement en général et des ventilateurs ds chaque pièce.Margharita a fait beaucoup d'efforts pour qu'on se sente bien et son ami est même venu nous chercher en voiture au supermarché car nous étions perdus. Seul point négatif est le bruit des voisins. L'immeuble est mal insonorisé et les gens locaux assez bruyants. Idéal pour une famille de 6 personnes ou trois jeunes couples, à 8 c'est serré surtout que les wc sont dans la salle de bain. Je recommande cette adresse à des personnes qui souhaitent bénéficier du tourisme d'Alghero sans pour autant résider dans les quartiers hyper bondés. Mais cela s'est avéré totalement impossible pour les raisons suivantes : - une odeur de tabac insoutenable (surtout lorsque vous êtes avec des enfants) qui n'a pu partir malgré les fenêtres grandes ouvertes. - des photos grandement améliorées par rapport à la réalité. L'appartement est vétuste, mal insonorisé, mal éclairé et ne ressemble pas à l'appartement moderne et propret des photos mises sur le site. L' équipement est également usé : - un réfrigérateur réparé avec du scotch à l' intérieur et générant un froid insuffisant. La propreté des joints est très approximative ( morceaux noirs non identifiés). - une baignoire avec un trou au milieu rafistolé avec un gros bout de mastique formant une bosse. - des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent et se ferment mal. - une climatisation- chauffage (uniquement dans la chambre du fond) dont les tuyaux extérieurs sont retenus avec un bout de scotch sur le balcon qui fait lui même délabré. - une télévision qui doit dater des années 70\. - une wifi ( dont le boitier est introuvable) qui ne permet pas de consulter internet. - une chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas normalement ( bruit important). - des serviettes très usées et j'en passe..... Un appartement à l'air difficilement respirable, triste, vieillot, bruyant ( bruits important des portes des espaces communs et des appartements voisins) ! Devant ce constat déplorable, j'ai pris la décision de trouver un autre logement et j'en ai informé la propriétaire qui n'a même pas pris la peine de me répondre. Bien sur, tout avait été intégralement payé depuis plus d'un mois. J'ai demandé un remboursement partiel mais n'est reçu aucune réponse pour l'instant. Conclusion : J'ai été obligée de payer trois nuits d’hôtel ce qui a doublé le budget de mes vacances. Une très mauvaise adresse à éviter ! ##### Valerie H. L’appartamento di Margherita è letteralmente vicinissmo a tutto: a due passi dalla spiaggia, il supermercato è sotto casa, la fermata dell’aurobus per l’aeroporto a 5 minuti e a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro storico. L’appartamento è comodo e spazioso, con tutto il necessario (c’era da mangiare per un reggimento!). Lo stile è un po’ anni Settanta ma pulito e ben tenuto. Facile parcheggiare la macchina. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe waren sehr freundlich!!! Das Meer und auch die Altstadt sind zu Fuß sehr einfach zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 50 m entfernt ist ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Alles in Allem: SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! ##### Sebastian P. Tres bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre historique, tout peut se faire à pied! Pizzeria et supermarché au coin de la rue. Le parasol et jeux de plage pour les enfants ont bien été appréciés. A disposizione anche ombrellone e asciugamani per il mare.
