The apartment (120 square meters) has 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 balconies, and a big living room with kitchen. Every room has a private balcony and also a fan in the room. Fits ideally 3 to 7 persons (max 8 if child.) The apartment has a private parking which is extremely rare and useful in Alghero, as finding a parking in summer can be very annoying. • First room with king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with shower and own balcony and a fan. • Second room with king-size bed and private bathroom (bathroom not in the same room) , and own balcony.Sofabed and a fan are available. • Third room, with double bed with fan, with own private ensuite bathroom with shower and own balcony. • The living room with fully equipped kitchen with sofa by the tv area. • Balconies are great to drink a coffee in the sun or reading a book This property does NOT have any swimming pool! A very nice Hotel nearby (600 meters) allow the use of the hotel's pool by buying snacks or by paying an entrance fee. ( the entrance fee is free by eating at the restaurant) COMFORTS: • Every room has own private bathroom and a fan • Good matrasses •All windows are with double glass. • Fridge with freezer, oven and all necessary for cooking: (stove, cutlery, dishes and utensils) • Wash machine • TV and Internet Wifi • Baby bed & baby chair upon request • Free to PARK in the same street. • Private parking available upon request. • Bikes or luggage storage available on request POSITION: The apartment is greatly located in the centre of Alghero just 80 meters from the sea. The address is VIA Fratelli Kennedy, corner with VIA MANZONI in ALGHERO. Absolutely fantastic central position but still quiet, without the noise of the bars in the old town, and with free parking in the neighbourhood. Just 80 meters from the apartment you will find a very nice rocs beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Excellent for snorkelling! Sunbeds & bar available during summer months. There is also a nice small sandy beach at 200 meters. All other beach of Alghero and in the surrounding can be explored also with beach bus which stops at 100 meter from the apartment. • If you stay in the Kennedy APARTMENT you can go and back to home from the beach within 2 minutes, and in the evening nicely walking in front of the sea to the nice restaurants-pizzeria, • The old town and harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking trough a nice boulevard in front of the sea. • Big supermarket at 100 meters. Pizzerias, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops, cafes, are within short walking distance. • Fresh Italian bread is baked every morning in the local BAKERY with in 150 meters form the apartment. PARKING: If you have a car, you can find free parking place in the same street or in the streets nearby. Eventually I do have private parking place (upon request) • Bus stop at 50 meters. The property was spacious, well equiped, clean and looked after. The whole area felt very safe to walk around during both the day and night. There are some amazing restaurants nearby aswell as shops including a well stocked supermarket. Terry greated us and made us feel very welcome and provided us with lots of information about the property and the area, she was very helpful and even arranged our taxi back to the airport. The down side to the property was the lack of air conditioning, the host did provide fans in everyroom but this didn’t cool the apartment enough meaning having the windows open at night which woke us early with outside noise. We would definitely recommend apartment due to the space, location and easy of booking, we would definitely book with Gabri and Terry again. ##### Elaine H. L’appartement est très bien situé proche du centre, un coop à proximité 5 minutes à pied se qui est bien pratique pour faire quelques courses. Alghero is beautiful and the apartment is really spacious and ideally located a short stroll from the old town. Also within easy reach of some stunning beaches and restaurants. Das nächste Café mit Strandblick ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, der Wagen bleibt vorm Haus stehen, frische Brötchen und Einkauf sind in Windeseile erledigt. Прекрасная большая квартира с тремя ванными комнатами, почти в самом центре города. Вся кухонная утварь, стиральная машина, пляж.зонты,вентиляторы,бытовая химия, посуда - есть абсолютно всё, вплоть до масла, туал.бумаги,кофе и специй! 5+! До ближайшего пляжа 5 минут ходьбы, он хорош для ныряния, мы ходили чаще на песочный знаменитый пляж Лидо, 20 минут пешком. Можно обьездить все ближайшие пляжи на автобусе, очень красивые. До аэропорта 10 км, брали такси за 27 евро на 4х. Из минусов: очень шумно за окном с 6 утра, мусоровозы, уборочные машины, мотоциклы и до глубокой ночи. И из-за бойлера невозможно всем одновременно помыться в душе, приходится друг за другом. Но нам было комфортно несмотря на это. ##### Marina L. L appartement est situé à 80 mètres d une jolie petite crique et d un bar branché parfait pour l apéro ! Il est aussi situé à 500 mètres du centre historique, très belle ville ( ballade a faire par le bord de mer ) avec magnifique coucher de soleil … Nous recommandons ce logement . The description on the website matches exactly the reality. It is situated in the center of Alghero, very close (2-3 minutes walking) to the old town and the beach. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available in the proximity, also a supermarket within 1 minute walk from the apartment. The communication with the host was flawless and the support offered on site was invaluable, We received a nice document with tips and things to do in and around Alghero, which came in very handy. The apartment is very clean, can easily accommodate 6 people and has everything you need for a perfect, carefree vacation. I highly recommend this apartment and the host.
