Villa Malaya for 18 people is composed of the main Villa with swimming pool for 12 people and the annex, also with swimming pool, located in the same property a short distance away hosts another six people, for a total of 18 people.
Located on one of the most beautiful and panoramic roads of the island, the residence is surrounded by a 1 hectare garden of trees and Mediterranean scrub.
Quiet neighborhood, close to Alghero and the Speranza beach. Alghero is about 4 kilometers away and a car is necessary. The sea is 800 meters away as the crow flies. The closest beach is about 3 km away.

Main Villa:
On the ground floor of the villa you will find six bedrooms, five of which are double and one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms (one with a normal bathtub and two with a shower).
On the first floor, however, there is the living area with a TV corner, dining area and equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace with deckchairs, dining table and barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grilled food overlooking the sea. Exclusive swimming pool in the wonderful garden

The annex is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a dining area and equipped kitchen, a living area with dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, instead, two double bedrooms await you with a small terrace from which to enjoy the sea view and the panorama. Swimming pool in front of the annex. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms.

The small villa is perfect. lovely decoration in the old style, with a nice garden area and small pool.The large villa has a large pool with 6 bedrooms and a more modern style. Lovely extensive grounds, very private. We really enjoyed our stay.
