Alghero - Villa Marlena is a recommended home for those who need privacy and tranquility.

The villa, located close to Alghero, is a few minutes drive from the Bombarde and Lazzaretto beaches, the most beautiful beaches on the Coral Riviera.

The villa, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF OUR GUESTS, is ideal for up to 10 people.

Inside the villa, divided into 2 floors connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a bedroom with two single beds + 2 additional beds).

In the house there are 3 bathrooms with shower. In the garden next to the swimming pool there is an outdoor shower. Gazebo with table and barbecue. In the house there is a living room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

The washing machine is located in the laundry area. There is air conditioning in the villa, 2 spits on the upper floor and one on the lower floor.
The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the large windows in the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden. The villa is in the center of a large lawn with olive trees and palms.

In the lawn, in front of the veranda, there is a private swimming pool (16 x 5) with a lower part suitable for children and a higher part in which you can dive. There are deck chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The villa and garden, for exclusive use, have been designed for the safety of younger children.

The area where the villa is located, very close to the city center, is very quiet, but not isolated given that there are numerous villas inhabited all year round. Close to the swimming pool there is an outdoor veranda with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners close to the swimming pool.
